• Bachelor’s degree in psychology (magna cum laude)

• Four years in a prestigious undergrad honors program focused on philosophy, theology, and written and spoken communication

• Six years of experience working in professional theatre production and administration

• Ten years of experience working for a multi-billion-dollar global corporation – five years on the internal global events team, helping plan and execute multi-million-dollar events

• Two years blogging about entrepreneurship and following your dreams

• Seven years cantoring (singing) for church services, weddings, and funerals

My education gave me a strong foundation in listening to others, writing clearly and effectively, and public speaking, while blogging helped me hone my writing and editing skills and learn what resonates with others – and what doesn’t.

That means I'll be able to listen to and understand your story and dreams. I'll express them in a beautifully-written, one-of-a-kind ceremony. And I'll perform it with poise, grace, and true emotion.

My experience in high-profile corporate events has taught me the value of teamwork and how to successfully work together with other event professionals – hotel managers, venue managers, audio/visual production professionals, catering managers, and more.

I'll clue in your photographer to the special moments in the ceremony you won't want them to miss, provide cues to your musicians so they know exactly when to play, and work seamlessly with your other wedding pros to help your ceremony run smoothly.

My background in professional theatre, along with singing professionally, taught me that the show must go on, so I know how to roll with the punches when something doesn’t go as planned.

If anything unexpected happens during your ceremony, I'll be able to keep things moving, keep everyone at ease, and get things back on track - your guests will probably never even know there was a hitch!
